FRG Tools
=========

These tools enable the computation of the canonical dimensions and other properties of the *Functional Renormalisation Group* for **data analysis**. Specifically, they have been designed to efficiently perform the analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio in generic signals. The latter can be provided as either an "image" (i.e. a data matrix) or as a covariance matrix (in ``.npy`` format).
